Adding a design to your Cropink project does not automatically apply it to your products.
For a design to appear in your feed, it must be activated in Campaigns and the data must be updated.
Most common reasons
If your design is not visible, check the following:
1. The design is not enabled in Campaigns
After creating or importing a design, you must assign it in one of these sections:
Campaigns → Default (Image Link)
Campaigns → Additional Images
If the design is not added there, it will not be used for any product.
2. The feed hasn’t been updated yet
Design changes are applied only after a feed update.
You can either:
click Update Now in the Settings tab, or
wait for the next automatic update (based on your update interval).
Until the update runs, the design will not appear on products.
💡 NOTE: Make sure your design does not have active filters (in the Campaigns section) that could limit which products it applies to. Filters like category, brand, product ID, or custom labels may prevent the design from showing on specific products.
How to fix it quickly
Go to Campaigns and add the design to Default or Additional Images.
Check that no filters are blocking product eligibility.
Trigger a manual Update Now or wait for the next scheduled update.
✅ Once the update is completed, the design will be applied to the selected products and become visible in your output feed.
