Send Your Design to Meta Campaigns

Updated yesterday

Once your design is ready, the final step is to connect it to a Campaign. This tells Cropink which products should use the design, when it should be visible, and under what conditions.

Let’s walk you through it step by step.

Step 1: Go to the Campaigns Tab

In your project, open the "Campaigns" tab and click “Select Design” on the right side.

You’ll see a list of your designs. Choose the one you want to publish. After selecting it, you’ll be able to adjust all the campaign settings.

🧠 Quick Reminder: What’s the difference between Designs and Campaigns?

  • The Designs tab is where you create and style your visuals – the text, images, layout, overlays.

  • The Campaigns tab is where you choose when, where, and for which products those designs should be applied.

So think of it like this:
🎨 Designs = how things look
📢 Campaigns = when and on what products they’re shown

Step 2: Set Your Schedule

Cropink lets you control when your campaign is visible. You can pick:

  • All time – your design will always be active

  • Date range – perfect for limited-time offers

  • Days of the week – like only showing on weekends or weekdays

  • Specific days of the month – for monthly promos

  • Special days of the year – like Black Friday or Valentine’s Day

This helps you plan ahead and automate seasonal or recurring ads.

Step 3: Add Filters

Filters help you target the right products. You can include or exclude products based on:

  • Category – e.g., “shoes”, “electronics”

  • Promo price only – only show products that are on sale (sale_price is filled)

  • Product IDs – manually choose which items should be included

  • Custom labels (0–4) – if used in your data feed

  • Brand – show only products from a specific brand

  • Link – filter by product URLs

  • Color – helpful for fashion campaigns

  • Title – filter based on words in product names

  • Availability – only show in-stock items, for example

This gives you full control over which products appear with which design.

Step 4: Save and Update

Once everything is set, go to the Data Source tab and click “Update Now” to generate your new product images with the selected design and campaign filters.

⚠️ NOTE: If you're on a paid plan, Cropink will update your feed automatically every 3–4 hours — no need to press the button manually. If you're using the free version of Cropink, you're allowed 2 manual updates per day!

That’s it! You’ve now published your first design as a live campaign.
