This process [1] involves creating a dedicated connector that is securely authorized and linked to your chosen Business Portfolio in Meta.​

It is important to note that a single connector can only be associated with one Business Portfolio. However, a single Meta Portfolio can contain multiple ad accounts and product catalogs, which you can grant our application access to after completing the authentication process.​

Integrating with the Meta API offers a range of benefits that optimize campaign management:​

  • Advanced Creative Management: The ability to assign up to 20 unique creative designs to a single product in your catalog and link each design to a different Facebook campaign.

  • Data Source Automation: Simplifies the process of adding a Data Source. The product feed URL is automatically retrieved via the API, and the resulting output feed generated by our system is added as a supplementary feed to your selected Meta catalog.

Managing the Connection

The integration management dashboard provides key information and tools:

  1. Connection Status: A view of the active Business Portfolio along with the current connection status.

  2. Editing Shared Resources: The ability to modify which resources (ad accounts, catalogs) are shared with the connector. Please be aware that revoking access to a resource currently in use by an active project will result in the loss of ability to manage its associated campaigns.

  3. Connecting Multiple Business Portfolios: If you operate as an agency, you can manage multiple Business Portfolios by creating separate connectors for each one.

  4. Removing the Connection: Deleting the Meta integration is a critical and irreversible action that requires additional confirmation. Before proceeding, all projects using the connector must be manually disconnected. This action will impact live ads and must be performed with full awareness of its consequences.
