Assign a Custom Label to Your Design

Updated this week

You can assign a Custom Label to a specific design in Cropink — so that all products using this design can later be easily identified and filtered in your Meta campaign(s).

This makes it simple to, for example, run a campaign only for products with a certain creative — such as “Winter Collection” design.

💡 NOTE: If your feed already contains Custom Label values for some products, assigning a new one in Cropink will override those existing values in the final feed export.

Step 1: Open your design settings

  1. Go to your Cropink project.

  2. Select the design you want to assign a Custom Label to.

  3. Once the design window opens, select the custom label of your choice (from 0 to 4) in the Product Data Overrides section on the right side.

💡 Tip: Pick a label that isn’t already in use in your feed to avoid overwriting unrelated data.

Step 2: Assign your Custom Label value

  1. In the field next to your selected label, type the value you want to assign.

For this specific example: Winter Collection

  2. Click Save in the Data Override window, and then Save again in the design settings window.

Step 3: Update your feed

The new Custom Label will appear in your final product feed after the next automatic or manual update.

From that moment, all products connected to this design will include your new label.

For example:

id

title

custom_label_0

101

Red Coat

Winter Collection

102

Wool Scarf

Winter Collection

103

Leather Gloves

Winter Collection

Step 4: Use your new custom label in Meta

When linking your feed to Meta, Google, or another platform — you can now filter or target products based on your new Custom Label.

This allows you to launch campaigns using only the products associated with your chosen design.

That’s it! You’ve successfully assigned a Custom Label to your design — making it easy to organize, segment, and promote specific product groups directly from your Cropink feed.
