You can access your Project settings by simply clicking on your project name. From there, you are able to adjust and display the following:

Feed by Cropink

This is the section from which you see your final feed version after applying all the changes within Cropink, along with a quick preview of 3 random products and an overview of the total products, images and designs used.

From here, you can either copy the URL to your feed, open it in a new tab or download the entire XML file.

Products Preview

In this section you get a broader and more advanced preview of your final products and designs. By typing in product ID or its' name, you can check previews for specific products or groups.

Similarly to the Feed by Cropink tab, you also get a short summary of products and designs used in the feed.

Designs

This is where the magic happens when it comes to Cropink's highlight functionalities. In here you can create. edit, rearrange and endlessly customize the designs for your campaigns, which will all the reflected in your final feed.

From this panel you access Cropink's main features such as:

Settings

In this section you can see the technical details of your project such as:

  • Project name
    Here you can simply change the name of your project

  • Source File
    In this section, you paste in your source file URL and you can also make manual updates by clicking "Update Now".

    In here you will also have an overview of:
    Update history from the last 3 days
    Products - Total amount of products in your source
    Designed - Products that have been added a design
    Not designed - Products that have not been added a design
    Failed - Products that haven't been processed due to errors and/or missing data

  • Current Plan
    Here you see an overview of your current plan's capacity and a scale on how much of it has been used in terms of product quantity. You can also upgrade your plan from here by hitting the "Upgrade" button.

    NOTE: If you are an agency running campaigns for clients, you may also consider a Team Plan. You may apply for it by clicking your team name, then "Settings" and next to "Team Plan" Hit Contact Sales.

  • Tokens
    Here you can generate token(s) for your designs that you want to customize within Figma using Cropink's dedicated plugin. For more details on how to use the plugin, click here.
