Editing default designs in Figma
Editing default designs in Figma
Updated over a week ago

You can edit your designs beyond standard adjustments like fonts, colors etc. In order to do that, you will need to use dedicated Cropink plugin for Figma:

  1. Go to the "Designs" tab and select the design you wish to edit in Figma.

  2. On the left-hand side below the image preview click on "Try Figma Plugin".

  3. Open the plugin. Once on the project page in Figma, click on "Run". A new window will pop-up with a text field where you can paste your token and start customizing your design.

  4. Paste in your project's token (If you're not sure how to connect a token, check this quick guide - Connecting Cropink with Figma) and hit "Connect".

  5. Select the design which you want to customize and click "Import from Cropink".

  6. After making all the desired adjustments click "Publish in Cropink" and they will be reflected back in your project panel.

NOTE: For the best experience, keep the Cropink Design Tools pop-up window open. However, if you accidentally close it, you can reopen it by going to Figma -> Plugins -> Cropink Design Tools. You might need to reconnect your project design, however all the changes you've made will be saved on auto.
