Assign Custom Label for a design
Assign Custom Label for a design
Updated over a week ago

So you've set everything up from selecting a design, customizing it and selecting products and/or categories which you want included. However, once you link your product feed to a marketing platform of your choice, you want to be able to easily select those products (together with their designs) for the campaign that you launch on that platform.

You can easily do that by assigning a new Custom Label tied to a specific design (thus all of the products covered by it).

NOTE: If you have previously created Custom Label values for your products, assigning one in Cropink will override the previous settings.

For this example, let's say we have a custom design for our seasonal clothing collection which we want to call "Winter Collection". To assign a new Custom Label for your design:

  1. Inside your project panel, select the design of your choice.

  2. Once the design setting window pops up, scroll down to Product Data Overrides.

  3. On your right hand side, click on "+ Add Field".

  4. Select a Custom Label (preferably one that doesn't contain any value for products in your source feed).

  5. Click on the field next to it, and paste in the value. In our case we will paste in "Winter Collection".

  6. Hit "Save" in the override window, then again in the design window.

And that's it! All the changes will be reflected in your final feed upon next update and you will be able to select your products with dedicated design by selecting the Custom Label on your marketing platform's end and successfully launch a campaign.
