Prioritizing designs
Updated over 4 months ago

Whenever you are using numerous designs which cover the same products and/or categories (given that Cropink allows you to have only one design per product per project) you may wonder how to set a specific design as preferential.

You can achieve that simply by using the drag&drop button () next to the on/off toggle button.

NOTE: The design that's placed on top will be set as default.

Example:

You have an ongoing all-year-round campaign running for your clothing store. However, you want to launch a dedicated Christmas campaign for winter accessories category which will be prioritized from 10.12 to 24.12.

  1. Click the design which you want to apply for the winter accessories.

  2. Under Schedule select "Date range" and select the dates.

  3. Under Filters select either "Categories" or "Products" (depending on whether you want to apply the design for the whole category or just selected IDs) and hit "Save".

  4. Once everything is selected, hit "Save".

  5. Move the new design to the top, and all the changes applied will be reflected upon next update. You can also go to "Settings" and hit "Update Now" to apply the changes instantly.
