Downgrading or Cancelling Your Subscription

You can downgrade your subscription to a lower plan or cancel it at any time, for instance, if your Data Source now contains fewer products.​

  1. Click "Upgrade."

  1. Select a new, lower-tier plan or the "Freemium" plan.

  2. Changed plan summary

  3. Click Downgrade

Your current subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. After this period, your plan will automatically switch to the newly selected one.​

If you downgrade to the "Freemium" plan, the number of products processed will be reduced to the Freemium limit. Even if your Data Source contains more items, the system will only process the number of products allowed under the Freemium plan.
