Upgrading Your Subscription Plan

You can upgrade your subscription plan at any time.

Updated over 3 weeks ago

  1. Billing Plan section in the Project menu tab

  2. Click "Upgrade."

  1. Select Annual or Monthly billing

  2. Select a plan that corresponds to the number of products in your Data Source and click "Upgrade" again.

  3. Summary plan cost

  4. You will be redirected to a Stripe payment form where you can choose your payment method and enter your company details to receive an invoice.

The cost of the plan will be charged immediately, and the subscription status will change to "PAID." Recurring payments will be charged automatically every 30 days (for a monthly subscription) or every 365 days (for an annual subscription).

Upgrading Mid-Cycle

If the number of products in your Data Source increases and exceeds your current plan's limit, you can upgrade to a higher plan at any time. In this case, Stripe will apply a prorated charge, billing you only for the price difference between the plans for the remainder of the billing cycle.

Example: Your current plan costs $100/month, and your billing cycle began on the 1st of the month. If you upgrade on the 15th to a $200/month plan, the charge will be prorated. The cost of the new plan for the remaining 15 days is $100. Since $50 of your original payment has already been "used," you will only be charged the difference, which is $50.
