Team settings

You can access your Teams settings by simply clicking on your team right under the TEAMS tab. From there, you are able to adjust settings for the following:

Projects

This section provides you a list of the projects that you are currently managing. In the displayed table, you will see basic information on how many products are in a project, when it has been modified last etc.

You can open, duplicate or delete a project by clicking on the three dot icon () next to it.

Members

In here you get an overview of the members present in your team. If you are the owner of the team, you can modify their permissions, or remove them from the team completely by clicking on the three dot symbol () on the right side.

Brand Kit

In here, you can select your branding elements that will be easily available in your library when customizing design templates. Currently you can select:

  • Logo

  • Font

You can add multiple files for each element and use them repeatedly depending on your needs.

Styles

In this section, you can customize your preferred design style when it comes to fonts and colors. and store it as one template which can be quickly applied to a design without having to select everything from scratch.

To create a style:

  1. First and foremost, click on "+ New Style" and name your style.

  2. Add up to 3 preferred colors. You can either select them from a color scheme or type in their HEX codes. Once selected, hit "Continue".
    ​

  3. Select your logo by uploading a new file, or selecting an existing one (which you have previously uploaded via Brand Kit). Once selected, hit "Continue".
    ​

  4. In this step, you get a preview of how your logo is displayed in different background variants. Once ready, hit "Create Style".

You will be redirected to Style Manager window (which you can always reopen by clicking on a style from your Styles tab in Teams settings) where you can further customize the default styles for the following elements:

  • Background

  • Borders

  • Logo

  • Text color

  • Fonts

The left panel allows you to apply the changes, whereas the main panel displays a preview of the current settings.

General

In this section you can simply change your team's name as well as it's image.
