Structure and Ownership
Upon account creation, the system automatically generates a default Team in which you are the owner. This primary team cannot be deleted. You have the ability to create an unlimited number of additional Teams, becoming their owner and gaining full administrative privileges. You can also be invited to collaborate within other users' Teams, where you will hold a member role rather than an owner role.
Use Cases and Collaboration
The Teams-based architecture enables the effective management of complex organizational structures:
Multiple Entities (E-commerce Stores): If you manage several stores, you can create a separate Team for each one. This allows for the isolation of projects, assets, and assigned team members, ensuring operational clarity and order.
Marketing Agencies: Agencies can establish dedicated Teams for each client. This enables clients to be invited into their own workspace, fostering transparent collaboration and real-time joint project management.
Duplicating Teams and Their Assets
The system offers an advanced duplication feature that enables the efficient replication of entire team workspaces. This functionality provides granular control, allowing you to perform a comprehensive duplication of a team—including all its associated projects and users—or to selectively replicate only specific components.
This feature is designed to streamline the setup of new, similar work environments, significantly accelerating the process and eliminating the need for manual configuration.
